Open to all levels. The practice of Qi Gong is one of the oldest forms of movement medicine on the planet. This system of mind/body practice is based on a deep understanding of human body mechanics, the elemental forces of nature and the ancient truths about manifesting a healthy life – also known as The Longevity Secrets. The practice is comprised of postures in the same way that yoga is a series of asanas and, like yoga, the movements in Qi Gong are designed to awaken the body’s energetic pathways, release physical and mental tension, and reintegrate us into the present moment. Qi Gong uses the breath to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system and move your consciousness through every part of your body. These practices work on strengthening the legs and core.
